How to order from us

  1. You need to log in or register as a new customer before placing an order.
  2. Order the desired items by adding them to your shopping cart.
  3. You will receive an overview of your order as well as payment information after submitting your order.
  4. Track the delivery status via your customer account where you will also be notified in the event of changes to the delivery date.

Your customer account

Your customer account is the hub for all your orders. It enables you to define up to five adresses settings for shipment and payment, provides you with all information on orders placed and on products you have rated to date.
